Senior Lecturer Human Resources and Management


The Department of HR and Management oversees undergraduate programmes in BSc (Hons) Business Management and BSc (Hons) HR and Management alongside the MSc in HR Practice, MSc Leading and Managing within Health and Social Care, and the full time MBA programme. We are looking for a Senior Lecturer with experience in teaching in all aspects of Business Management and/or HR.  We are also interested in someone with a particular interest/expertise in employee relations, employee reward, and employee talent and resourcing, learning and development, International HRM, HRM for creative industries and employment law. With regards to Management Modules, we are interested in teaching staff with practitioner skills and teaching in areas of sustainability, business development, business organisation and policy, project and stakeholder management and innovation and change. Holding a relevant professional body membership, particularly with CIPD or CMI would be of interest to us. 

You will also be able to hold a master’s level qualification, professional qualification or equivalent practitioner experience (including teaching within Higher Education). You will have experience in curriculum development and assessment design, quality management and enhancement in a Higher Education environment.
