Responsibility

Develop Marketing Strategy: To lead the development of medium to long term marketing strategy to drive the brand growth in Myanmar & India (40%)
- Leading long-term brand strategy and annual milestone activities to drive the brand growth in Myanmar & India (as a new market for company)
- Working with Regional Marketing Team and the advertising agency to develop communication campaign to strengthen brand proposition and drive brand preference among target consumers
- Work closely with Consumer Insight consulting team to understand the consumers, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify the business opportunities and job to be done regarding to marketing
- Keep updates the competitor activities and propose action/reaction plan that bring the brand to best position
- For India market specially, should be able to lead the marketing strategy for Ecommerce channel

Marketing Campaign Execution: To implement marketing campaign as plan to ensure the best result in the market (40%)
- Planning the annual marketing activities, propose required budget for each year, and execute the activities according to the approved activities
- Evaluate impact of the campaign and record learning and improvement for the following campaign
- Work with Finance team to monitor, review, and manage Marketing budget according to country sales achievement
- Develop communication strategy, media strategy for Myanmar as an established market to drive growth and India as a new market
- Ensure selecting right media touch points to deliver brand message to the target consumers and optimize spends and clear understanding of ROI
- Work closely with supply chain & distributor to ensure the availability of product for launch and phasing in/out of new products
- Supervise the Consumer Marketing team (including activation team and consumer engagement team) to plan and execute marketing activities according to brand strategy

Marketing Organization Development: To prepare the pipeline professional to the company in long term (20%)
- Leading Consumer Marketing organization structure development
- Prepare development plan for each team member regarding to marketing capability

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (Mater Degree is advantage)
- 8 to 10 years in brand management experience / 5 years in management level
- Highly motivated to work in emerging market (committed to learn new skill, go to new market, new language)
- Has experience in emerging market will be advantage
- FMCG background only, Food industry is preferable
- Should have worked in India markets. Understanding of West Bengal and Tamil Nadu is preferable
- Understanding of E commerce business in India
- Good command of English Language
- Language Learning Agility
- Understanding of India languages will be helpful
