Company: A Leading Foreign Call Center in Myanmar
Location: Pabedan Township, Yangon

- Must be able to communicate well with foreigners
- Must be able to handle projects well and negotiate requirements
- Develop and expand the list of Key Account Customers and increase the number of active accounts
- Analyze Key Account Customers' performance in terms of turnover, profits, margins, etc., and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Plan and organize approaches to Key Account Customers in a timely manner to anticipate their needs and ensure proactive engagement
- Collect and understand the demands, expectations, and needs of Key Account Customers, proposing suitable solutions and alternatives
- Monitor the market and competitors' activities to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the Store Customer Development team and O2O team to create effective customer activities plans for individual Key Account Customers

Requirement

- Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar role, preferably in the B2B wholesale industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage with Key Account Customers
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
