Our client is one of the leading Foreign Life Insurance company with more than 100 years of history in the life insurance industry, with an extensive international business network in various countries around the world.

Role Summary: This position will be Direct report to Head of Operations and will be responsible for the management, performance, and coordination of the Policy service and Claims teams to ensure all processing claims activities occur in an accurate timely manner. 

  • Develop, oversee and manage all Policy Service processes and procedures;
  • Manage persistency ratio to ensure that it meets management’s expectation;
  • Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure that premium collection flow is smooth and effective;
  • Ensure that all requests for Policy Service are processed within turnaround time;
  • Ensure all claims are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines and ensure operational efficiency in all processes and procedures;
  • Developing Claim manual and update regularly when having any changes including all request forms and letters;
  • Oversee proper management of lawsuits against department guidelines
  • Responsible for recruitment, selection, training, and developing Policy Service staff, etc.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
  • Some life insurance related qualifications are preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in life insurance operations or claims
  • 5 years’ previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy Laws.
  • Able to work independently, but manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with the coordination, and management of claim related projects.
  • Excellent judgment underwriting knowledge, attention to detail & analytical thinking
