Description:
  • To assist Senior Consultant in coordinating meetings, presentation, and other office-related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointment
  • Arranging and scheduling travel plans, when required,
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail for executives
  • To assist in preparation of presentation materials, using PowerPoint/ excel/ word where necessary,
  • Proper housekeeping of the records and filling,
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment- repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and to hire technicians when required,
  • Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed,
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times, and Other ad-hoc jobs as required under Senior Consultant’s instruction

Requirement:
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration or Management or equivalent
  • Good in English, both written and spoken, is required,
  • Excellent communication skills, High integrity,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
  • 2 year's work experience in administrative/liaison work
