Description:
  • Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product
  • Execute aggressive plans by working closely in association with various departments like marketing, sales, research and development to market the new products
  • To support the designing and developing the team with their assigned work
  • To convey, recommend and provide different suggestions to the research and development team after studying and analyzing the current market trends. They should first understand and convey the information related to customer's fundamental requirements
  • To make a place for the new and old products of the company by identifying the new potential areas 
  • To write BRD defining the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience.
  • To manage dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones by bridging the gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved namely technical, marketing, sales, and customer support.

Along with these duties he also needs to carry out some additional duties which are as under: 

  • To identify the potential customers and vendors and try to build long term relationships with them
  • To design and plan different promotional material and campaigns and be actively involved in the same
  • To monitor the distribution, sales and consumer reactions through a well-conducted consumer analysis on a monthly basis
  • To identify the present as well as the future opportunities that exist for their product line
  • To review and analyze the reports based on the performance of the products in the market

Requirement:
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or management.
  • English language proficiency is a must
  • Excel and any analytics tools
  • Have a way with words
  • Familiarity with Economics
  • Proficiency with Research and analysis
  • Aggressive skills to get an edge over the competitors
  • Should be detail-oriented, organized and methodical
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results on the given deadline
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and ability to work in a team efficiently
  • Good business acumen to forecast the future trends in the market
