Purpose of the role (Description of the overall purpose/mission of the job)

  • Maintain, expand relationship with the client and maximize revenue opportunities by addressing client concerns and respond to their needs and serve as the link of communication between client and internal teams

Main Duties (Detailed duties with a format of WHAT, WHY, HOW)

  • Manage commercial relations with client to make sure that company serves them well with a good service and that they pay the company on time
  • Promote and sell company’s portfolio of sites to client to meet their coverage needs and for company to achieve budget target
  • Ensure that any commercial proposal meets profitability criteria (ROI)
  • Manage the account database
  • Build a 360 view of an Account profile
  • Implement an Account strategy to ensure proper volume of colocation/build to suit/extra revenues
  • Solve any dispute, that might arise, so that the relation remains healthy
  • Keep a open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors and raise red flags, and to capture opportunities to secure sales
  • Give feedback on field expectations
  • Responsible for managing and visiting regularly an account customer in Yangon or anywhere else in Myanmar
  • Invitation for lunch/dinner/coffee any customers to keep up with new trends in the market and present our updated solutions



  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering (EC/Civil) with an internationally recognized business administration diploma  
  • Preferably MBA candidate or graduate 

Success Factors Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related field with 3 years work experience in a customer facing role
  • An extrovert profile, outspoken personality is a must
  • Fluency in English & Myanmar is a must
  • Excellent solution selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A self-starter
  • High level of business acumen skills & commercial sense
  • Have a strategic mindset, ability to foresees opportunities and anticipate future consequences and trends accurately
  • Understanding of how business operates, future plan, the goals, key drivers and needs of others
  • Ability to work independently and step up to face any challenges 
  • Creative problem-solving skills and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to deal comfortably with both external/internal Executives (Top Management)
  • Customer service-oriented – ready to go the extra mile for the customer (s)
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry or in an international company is an advantage  
  • Ability to listen attentively and with comprehension
  • Excellent MS office skills 
  • Excellent Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and work under pressure 
  • Ability to work well with others 
  • Ability to deeply understand the goals, drivers and needs of others

  • Deliver agreed sales volume
  • Maintain and expand an excellent relationship with client
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of customer data
  • Escalate feedback from customers and updates to manager and team in timely manner
  • Resolve disputes and complaints effectively in timely manner
  • Maintain healthy relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence on monthly basis and more frequent as necessary
