  • To take care for selling products and solutions, participate in sales and marketing strategies development, key account management and project management.
  • To identify customers and develop a portfolio for the market
  • To promote company’s product portfolio for personal care, home care, color cosmetics industry to current and new customers so as to achieve sales target as set by superior
  • Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.
  • Execute the company sales & marketing strategy.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Record sales and order information and brief customer service officer.
  • Forecast demand from customers to order from suppliers
  • Follow up the shipment status.
  • Manage stock at point of sales to ensure product availability

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in chemical/industrial sales
  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Chemical or related field or related chemical sales field
  • A passion to (over-) achieve the sale target
  • Self-starter
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.
