Responsibility

- Lead and manage day to day operation of Admin Department and staff members
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the Finance and HR management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Present to the Operating Policy Committee and other related Governance Committees as appropriate.
- Plan and implement short- and long-term organizational strategies in areas of responsibility to maximize office operational efficiencies. Regularly evaluate support functions and updates processes and procedures as necessary.
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements, as well as the Company’s procedures and policies.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
- Supervise company car licenses renewal and other related contracts.

Requirement

- Any bachelor's degree with relevant Diploma in Administration
- Have at least 5 years’ experience as similar role
- Proven leadership, motivational & mentoring skills and attention to detail
- Good communicator, able to read, write, speak and understand English well; & have written and spoken fluency in Burmese; Chinese is a bonus
- Able to negotiate and think laterally with an ability to coordinate and network effectively
- Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- Strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure to deadlines and ability to prioritize tasks.
