Responsibility
HR
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with management to implement HR initiatives.
- Oversee staffing process: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are updated and compliant with regulations.
- Create training materials and performance management programs.
- Benchmark compensation against market trends.
- Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Use performance management tools to guide and support management.
- Mediate conflicts professionally.
- Develop, adjust, and enforce HR policies consistently.
- Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Lead organizational culture transformation aligned with company values.
- Coach and mentor senior talent for retention and development.
- Foster employee engagement, recognition, and reward programs.
- Support managers with workforce issue management.
- Lead a team of junior HR managers and admin staff.
Admin
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations and staff.
- Review and improve admin policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment with a cost-saving approach.
- Collaborate with finance and management to manage budgets and expenses.
- Plan and organize office events (meetings, conferences, etc.).
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of HR experience, 2 years in management.
- Strong HR knowledge: labor laws, practices, and industry trends.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English communication and writing.
