Responsibility

• Lead the team to meet sales objectives, improve productivity, increase revenues and maximize profitability within the given territory.
• Maintains regular contact and communication with counterpart - the Head of Regional In-Charge (HRIC), Relationship Managers (RM) and other key officers and employees thereby promoting a close and trusting relationship with the partner at all times.
• Conducts regular meetings with Regional In-Charge (RIC) for business review and agrees on action plans.
• Motivates, trains and coach a team Relationship Managers (RM), Senior Financial Advisors (SFA), whose major responsibility are managing sales of Alliance product to partners customers, to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded.
• Monthly skills audit on ARM and SFAs under his/her charge conducts regular review, closely monitors performance and agrees on action plans of assigned ARM and SFA.
• Motivate ,Train and Coaches ARM, and SFAs as necessary to produce excellent results and suggest appropriate incentive programs.
• Ensures that Leads Management system is completed daily and reviews leads and activities and does regular review with RM and SFA.
• Projects activities and business results accurately for business planning and recommends tactical programs and activities for his/her team and executes it effectively create & conduct events for promotion product, Customer Gathering and Partnerships Events.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, finance, or another relevant field
• Proven sales experience (prefer insurance or financial services).
• Good command both English and Burmese
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on results.
•Open-minded and willing to learn new things
