Mr. Johannes Chan – Director
Mr. Johannes holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in International Business from California State University. His extensive experience and training in finance and accounting have allowed him to successfully meet the needs of a large range of companies throughout his career. His career includes service to entities in both the private and public sectors, including financial institution, and as an examiner and auditor with various government agencies.
Mr. Hitoshi Kitazawa (Jay) – Director
Mr. Kitazawa holds the Bachelor of Laws from Chuo University, Japan. He previously worked for Recruit Inc., the leading recruitment company in the world. Since joining MHCS, he has grown the division into a team that covers everything from business strategy and customer insights to human capital development. He is responsible for developing the analytical frameworks that shape the company’s business.
Mrs. Nay Zar Lin – Director of Operations
Mrs. Nay Zar holds a Bachelor of science in Industrial Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration from Institute of Economics. She has seven (7) years of proven success in the high-pressured, pharmaceutical industry in Myanmar as a team player and leader. Later, she ventured into the FMCG industry as a senior strategist and obtained extensive experience working with a diverse board of directors and with internal and external stakeholders across the private and public sectors.
Currently, she has been heading MHCS since 2013. With deep knowledge and understanding of job market, multiple industries, rich talent pools, excellent networking and competent HR skills and good leadership, she has driven MHCS to become most reliable recruitment and HR service provider by top clients.
