Responsibility

Customer Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Resolve common customer issues.
• Escalate complex cases, including wheel tax, number plate issues, and vehicle breakdowns, for effective problem- solving.
• Handle minor accident cases and coordinate replacement unit arrangements.
• Assist in addressing new requirements and coordinating on-demand trips.

Fleet Management:
• Coordinate vehicle replacements in the event of breakdowns.

Quotation and Contract Preparation:
• Handle initial negotiations with potential clients.

Existing Customer Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with current customers.
• Periodically check in with customers, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.

New Customer Acquisition:
• Actively seek out new customers through cold calls and office visits.
• Provide basic information about our services to potential clients.

Short Trip Arrangements (On-demand):
• Coordinate and arrange short trip requests.
• Manage vehicle and driver assignments for these trips.

Administrative Tasks:
• Handle various administrative duties, including record-keeping for vehicle replacements in corporate accounts.
• Assist with filing and scheduling meetings.

Assisting in Sales:
• Provide support to the sales team, particularly in closing deals with potential clients.
