## Summary

To support the financial management of Life Insurance business. This role involves budgeting, reporting, financial modeling, and supporting regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong insurance finance knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to guide business decisions through data and analysis.

## Responsibilities

- Support the Head of Finance in planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models for pricing, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Analyze product profitability, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Prepare reports in line with IFRS and local insurance standards.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Work with actuarial teams to review assumptions and embedded value.
- Mentor junior finance staff and review their work.
- Help drive system improvements and automation in finance processes.
