Responsibility

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and district-wide sales targets.
- Drive growth of life insurance product sales by identifying market opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships to expand distribution and enhance market reach.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance data, providing coaching and training where needed to ensure continued improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align district goals with overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the community.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role—preferably within life insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Life insurance license (or willing to get one).
