Responsibility
• Identify and approach new sales prospects (B2B and B2C).
• Present, promote, and sell the company’s range of aesthetic products and devices.
• Conduct product demos or training for clients (salons, dermatology clinics, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as needed.
• Coordinate with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Requirement
• Any Graduated; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing
• Minimum 1-year experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in the beauty/aesthetic industry).
• Experience handling beauty/aesthetic products or working in a clinic/spa environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of skincare, cosmetic, or aesthetic devices/products.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate product use clearly.
• Sales-driven mindset with basic negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Multilingual abilities English are a plus.
• Passionate about beauty and aesthetics.
