Responsibility
- Plan, manage, and execute the annual marketing budget; ensure all activities align with budget plans.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new EV products and services.
- Manage creative projects end-to-end to promote a superior corporate image and consistent brand identity.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, OOH, PR, events).
- Implement innovative social media campaigns to increase engagement and community growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize based on data and insights.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and service teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative and media outcomes.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in automotive, EV, tech, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
- Strong track record in launching products/services and running integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Fluent in Burmese; working proficiency in English preferred.
- Knowledge of the Myanmar market and consumer behavior; passion for sustainable mobility is a plus.
