Responsibility

Summary

- Drive life‑insurance sales across the region through agency, bancassurance, corporate and other channels.
- Focus on sales targets, compliance, operational efficiency and market expansion.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets (FYP, GWP, NBP, policies sold).
- Grow and manage multiple distribution channels; train, coach and motivate agents.
- Identify gaps in performance, take corrective actions and implement cross‑sell/upsell strategies.
- Map untapped customer segments, recruit new agents and organize local promotional activities.
- Ensure customer‑first mindset, timely support for pre‑sale and post‑sale processes, and handle escalations.
- Coordinate with operations for accurate policy issuance and service turnaround.
- Submit regular reports on sales, recruitment, customer issues and competitor intelligence.
- Conduct performance reviews, facilitate skill‑building programs and promote high performers.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
- 3–5 years of management experience in sales or business development functions (preferably in life‑insurance or financial service sector).
- Proven ability to manage sales teams, agents or channels.
- Fluent in Burmese; English communication skills a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work beyond standard hours during campaigns.
- Professional integrity, compliance‑oriented behavior and team collaboration.
