Responsibility
- Plan, track, and manage strategic insurance projects across the organization.  
- Develop dashboards, timelines, and executive reports for the CEO.  
- Ensure initiatives align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and business goals.  
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance.  
- Standardize PM practices, track risks, milestones, and dependencies, report to the CEO.  
- Liaise with department heads and facilitate communication between the CEO, board, and operational teams.  
- Recommend process improvements, implement PMO frameworks, and maintain a knowledge repository. 
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.  
- Prior experience in Project Management or PMO roles preferred.  
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.  
- Strong dashboard, KPI, and performance reporting skills.  
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities; able to engage C‑level executives.  
- Strategic thinker, analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and committed to integrity.
