Description:
- Plan and develop organization strategies by identifying and researching HR issues
- Accurately diagnose orgainization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
- Involving leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plan
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing , writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing orgainzation values
- Understanding the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Support management by providing Advice for HR matters and update labor law, rules and regulations
Requirement:
- Gratuated and professional qualification in HR
- Have at least 5 years HR management experience in large companies
- Good communication in English
