Description:
  • Plan and develop organization strategies by identifying and researching HR issues
  • Accurately diagnose orgainization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
  • Involving leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plan
  • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing , writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing orgainzation values
  • Understanding the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Support management by providing Advice for HR matters and update labor law, rules and regulations

Requirement:
  • Gratuated and professional qualification in HR
  • Have at least 5 years HR management experience in large companies
  • Good communication in English
