Responsibility
● Overseeing and managing daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
● Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.
● Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
● Serving as a point of contact between the administrative team and other departments within the organization. Facilitating communication and information flow to ensure smooth operations.
● Addressing any administrative issues or concerns that arise, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
● Managing overall administrative activities for the organization.
● Manage and check for all the purchasing, vehicle, fixed assets & Material supplies and office management processes.
Requirement
● Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or related field.
● Proven working experience in the office administration field for over 7 years.
● Have experience in working as a managerial level.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
● Excellent communication, team working, organizing skill and interpersonal abilities.
● An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
● Skillful in Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Email.
