Responsibility

- Install, configure, and maintain business software applications.
- Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Document software procedures and create user guides.
- Integrate and customize software with other systems.
- Perform regular backups and support recovery plans.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and evaluate tools.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in software support or administration.
- Familiar with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRMS).
- Basic knowledge of databases and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
