- Develop a brand strategy and involve, in monitoring brand activities to maintain the strong brand image, expand the current market share, and increase the number of royalty customers to ensure profitable growth for the company.
- Brand person is the people who shape a company’s outward image. To do that, we need to uncover consumers’ insight and deliver market-related campaigns and activities.
- Brand person helps to improve the company’s reputation and drive growth.
- Conducting the idea for a survival plan under that crisis management.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
- Bachelor's degree must be required.
- Experience in sales & marketing, branding in a managerial role of at least 5 years.
- Highly desirable experience in brand management, event, and sponsorship Management.
- Adequate knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office as well as IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
- Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing)
- Excellent presentation, influencing, negotiation, and, interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative mindset.
