Responsibility

- Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads and design training metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage the training budget.
- Deliver high-impact training sessions through physical, virtual and E-learning and adapt to changing schedules.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide feedback on training materials.
- Facilitate high-level training sessions and analyze training data.

Requirement

- Any Bachelor’s degree and above
- NIIM, Train the Trainer certified.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training
- Strong project management, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
