Responsibility
- Build and maintain BIM models to project and company standards.
- Coordinate clash detection and model integration with design teams and subcontractors.
- Generate 2D drawings, quantities, and schedules from the BIM model.
- Enforce BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
- Update models with as‑built conditions and perform quality checks.
Requirement
- 2–5 yrs BIM modeling/ coordination in construction or engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit (required), Navisworks, and discipline tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla).
- Knowledge of ISO 19650/BS PAS 1192, 4D/5D BIM, and quantity take‑offs.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and digital workflows.
- Excellent communication and English proficiency.
