Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands aligned with product nature, customer’s acceptance and market size and increase the potential of each product creatively and innovatively to support the sales.
- Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, HR and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
- Lead the development of branding activities creatively and differently, including advertising campaigns, point of sales materials, digital content, educational materials, launching new products and revitalizing currently available products adhering to regulatory guidelines and company’s SOP.

Requirement

- At least 2- year experience as Product manager or Brand Manager position.
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.
- Business English and good presentation skill is a must.
- Experience in developing and implementing creative and differentiated and segmented branding strategies mainly for prescription only medicines.
