Responsibility
• Gather various data related to the life insurance and financial industry, ranging from Product Development to CSR, Sales Channels, Partnerships, Human Resources, Technology-related, etc.
• Investigate both the external and internal environment, in which the former includes Politics, Economy, Society, and Technology, and the latter includes Working Conditions, and Environment.
• Conduct data-driven analyses such as SWOT Analysis to assess current performance and improve performance of GGINL.
• Report the results of the analyses to the senior management team in the relevant Committee Meetings.
• Support the CFO in formulating the company level Business / Financial Strategy / KPI along with the CEO and the Head of Business Development Department.
• Work directly with the C-level executives in special projects to provide support to
relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the CFO in creating Mid & Short-Term Business Plans as part of the Business Development Team
Requirement
• A Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree Holder in Business Management, Administration,
Market Research, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or any other related areas.
• Foundational technical background knowledge is preferred.
• Understanding of Statistics, Research Methods, and Marketing are crucial.
• Good communication, presentation, and research skills.
• Ability to use data analysis tools is highly desirable.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools such as Gmail and Google Drive.
• Fluency in both English and Myanmar
