Company: Curriculum Provider (Over 10 Years in Myanmar)
Location: MICT Park, Hlaing Township, Yangon

- Assist in sales and marketing initiatives and activities to expand the customer base in Myanmar.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans to meet targets.
- Support seniors to identify potential revenue streams and outreach opportunities.
- Research and contact potential customers to introduce the programs to school administrators and parents.
- Master an in-depth knowledge of Curriculum and business model.
- Foster ongoing relationships with schools and guide them through program implementation.
- Support existing customers to ensure successful program execution to ensure positive results.
- Develop a cordial relationship with existing customers and ensure that the program is implemented successfully.
- Participate in presenting the program to school administrators and parents, providing translation support when needed.
- Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation and translation to local language.
- Contribute to promoting company's image on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with management and global heads to achieve sales goals.
- Assist with assigned tasks by Global Heads: attend training sessions, meetings, and deliver presentations of local sales information.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings and presentations, business development opportunities.
- Provide support to the team with other responsibilities as required.

Requirement

- English – Good, Burmese – Fluent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be professional, positive, responsible, and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Good presenting skills, explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to build a rapport with potential customers.
- Being on time and flexible to accommodate changes in customers’ schedules.
- Must be competent with MS Office, PC, and projectors.
- Multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of issues and methodology related to EFL.
- Familiarity with early childhood education is preferred.
- Experience in sales or business development or similar role is preferred.
