Responsibility
• Lead the overall process to develop new products.
• Review and evaluate competitors’ products and microfinance market trend.
• Develop and manage the marketing strategies, budget and implementation plan
• Launch the financial products, through iterative process of implementation design.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, BCom, or a relevant field.
• At least 5-year experience in business development in banking/microfinance sector
• Excellent presentation skills including exceptional loan underwriting and product proposal development skills.
• Good knowledge of local competitors
