Responsibility

- Analyse large sets of financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate regular reports for management to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make informed decisions.
- Design and Mockup interactive dashboards that visually represent complex data in a comprehensible manner.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data through the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies.
- Work with IT and other stakeholders to establish data quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor the performance of different banking products, services, and channels.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes to enhance overall performance.
- Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and performance.
- Support the development of predictive models for credit risk assessment and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and risk management.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Provide training and support to bank staff on the use of BI tools and interpretation of data.
- Ensure that end-users have the necessary skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure that BI processes and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
- Stay updated on advancements in BI tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve BI processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
