- Own and deliver commercial P&L targets.

- Lead pricing, margin management, and revenue optimization.
- Build strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Translate market insights into product and category growth.
- Align commercial plans with sourcing, production, and supply chain.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performance commercial teams.
- Identify export and regional growth opportunities.
Requirement
- 10+ years in FMCG / food ingredients / spices industry.
- Proven leadership managing multi-channel sales organizations.
- Strong experience in distributor-led markets.
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue and market share.
- Deep understanding of sourcing-driven product businesses.
