Responsibility
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identifying, originating, and developing new business opportunities.
• Staying informed about the company's products and services, and being able to explain them effectively to clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries promptly.
• Attending industry events and networking to build relationships and generate leads.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products and services to existing clients.
• Working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirement
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hotel industries, insurance, banking, or related industry.
• Previous relationship management and business development/ sales skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build up rapport quickly with corporate customers
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
