Responsibility

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the direct sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the direct sales team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.
• Target Achievement: Work closely with the team to set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed. Identify high value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and
profitable relationships.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
• Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the direct sales team.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other departments, particularly marketing and product development, to optimize sales effectiveness. Drive and involve in sales and marketing campaigns.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for the purpose of generating maximum revenue and stakeholders.
• Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the team's effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for the direct sales team.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to Head of Direct Sales on sales performance, market trends, and future strategies.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
