Responsibility
- Manage export licensing, customs clearance, and shipping workflows.
- Plan and coordinate international shipments, negotiating with shippers, agents, and vendors.
- Prepare export documents, manage customs clearance, and monitor sales transactions, resolving customer issues.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, retain existing clients, and acquire new customers.
- Ensure sales and marketing activities meet budgets and timelines, developing solutions to improve export procedures.
- Prioritize tasks in a target-oriented environment, handling custom and port clearance, and coordinating with departments for product export.
- Work with clearance agents and freight forwarders, understanding export compliance and customs software.
- Maintain relationships with government offices and shipping lines, monitor financial transactions and sales.
- Source and communicate with stakeholders, negotiate with customers, agents, and suppliers, and update market trends.
- Maintain vendor relationships, issue sales orders, follow up with vendors, ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Record and maintain supplier/customer databases.
Requirement
- Experience in export management and customs clearance.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage sales transactions and documentation.
- Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of export compliance and customs procedures.
