Responsibility
• Planning for preventive maintenance schedule and following the preventive maintenance schedule as planned.
• Analyzing available information to identify the root cause of the problems and troubleshooting and improve the maintenance system to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Ensure to have overall smooth operation of Utilities system.
• Need to prepare overall utilities summary reports
• Need to control all metering units which is related with government.
• Need to take care overall process of ISO document.
• Need to follow up related tasks from management in time of need.
• Reporting the monthly summary report to Technical & Engineering Manager.
• Recording all maintenance information for analysis.
• Coordinating with each individual department to participate for the troubleshooting.
• Improving the maintenance process and project under responsibility.
• Taking responsible for safety, energy conservation, and environment issue.
• Carrying out all activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Any related tasks.
Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineer, Industrial Engineer, Production Technology, or related field.
• At least 6 years of engineering, production, or maintenance experience.
• Skilled use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving and coordination skills and team spirit, able to adapt to the rapidly changing working environment.
• Good Communication and ability to work independently.
