Responsibility
- Engage Myanmar ministries (Electric Power, Agriculture & Irrigation, Energy, Health) to secure client relationships.
- Gather intelligence on ministry plans and investment programs to identify projects.
- Plan and execute PR activities and represent the company in negotiations.
- Analyze Myanmar’s political‑economic landscape and tender data to inform strategy.
Requirement
- 10+ years in international business development or government relations.
- Direct liaison experience with Myanmar ministries preferred.
- Background in international engineering project management or commerce.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Strong cross‑cultural communication, market insight, and ability to work under pressure.
