Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a long-term infrastructure roadmap aligned with the bank’s IT and business strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure including data centers, networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services.
- Manage the IT infrastructure team; set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Plan and manage the infrastructure budget; source cost-effective solutions and manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and practices in accordance with regulatory and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and audits regularly.
- Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted banking operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure assets and operations. Provide regular reports and insights to senior IT and business leadership.
Requirement
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure leadership roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with both technical staff and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
