Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate retail banking activities and resources
- Evaluate market trends, develop and implement retail banking strategy
- Conduct market research and design marketing plan
- Understand and meet customer needs and expectations
- Grow bank's business and reputation with excellent customer service
- Innovate new products aligned with bank's goal
- Lead retail banking operations and business across all branches
- Support Senior Management to achieve organizational objectives
- Collaborate with Executive Management as needed
Requirement
- Master's Degree in related field, preferably with additional qualifications in Banking, Finance or International Business
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, especially in Senior Management role in Retail Banking, leading a team of 15-20 people.
- Strategic planning, commercial judgment, organizational and project management skills
- Experience in setting up Retail and Product proposition
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- English proficiency
