Responsible for managing and optimizing efficient seed Sales and Marketing to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Main duty is to drive growth in sale volumes, sales revenue, and contribution margin in seed business and ensuring the company remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics.


Research and analysis.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the seed industry

Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
- Embrace digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and facilitate sales
- Regularly analyze the effectiveness of your marketing and sales strategies

Sales Management
- Oversee sales operations, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales goals

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
- Gather feedback from farmers and distributors regarding seed performance and customer satisfaction

Collaboration with other departments
- Collaborate with research and development teams to align product offerings with market demands
- Coordinate with crop production teams to ensure alignment between production capabilities and market demand
- Communicate market needs and trends to the production team to optimize crop production

Product Knowledge and Education
- Organize field trials and demonstrations to showcase the performance of seeds
- Provide ongoing training and support to your sales team and distribution partners

Networking & Industry Involvement
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, stay updated on industry trends, and build relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and industry experts
- To perform any other assignments were given by Company or projects


- Bachelor’s Degree in B.Agr.Sc or degree with diploma related with agriculture
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role including sales and marketing
- Must have experience in seed business or related agribusiness
- Strong understanding of the seed industry
- Proven skills in sales techniques, market analysis, branding, advertising, digital marketing, product positioning, and strategic planning are crucial
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data
- Strong customer relationship-building skills to understand customer needs, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
