Responsibility

- Advise managers on employment terms, best practices, and reward strategy.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to drive performance and reduce disputes.
- Support recruitment: write job descriptions, prepare interview materials, and conduct inductions.
- Manage talent and succession planning and monitor HR processes for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate salary, tax, and SSB calculations and liaise with government offices.
- Organize annual trips, staff parties, seasonal events, and employee ferry arrangements.
- Oversee the Administration Department’s day‑to‑day operations.

Requirement

- 5+ years as an HR generalist with proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Deep knowledge of employment legislation and change management.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously or in a team.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
