Responsibility
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll for over 400 employees.
- Calculate and process payroll, SSB, and personal income tax, generate pay slips
- Create Purchase Requests for payroll-related expenses and commissions
- Coordinate payroll banking transfers and liaise with the bank
- Handle monthly SSB payments to regional office and PIT payments to tax offices
- Fulfill other HR Manager-assigned duties
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years in C&B, results-oriented, critical thinker, energetic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HIRS experience preferred
- Good communication in English
