Responsibility
- Collect and analyze HR data (performance, turnover, compensation, etc.).
- Create dashboards and reports to track HR metrics.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline analysis.
- Assist with new HR system implementation and monitoring.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support employee engagement surveys and analysis.
- Conduct market research for compensation and benefits.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or data-related HR functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High level of discretion with confidential data.
