Responsibility

- Primary contact for HRIS implementation, upgrades, and testing.
- Gather requirements, enhance processes, and train users.
- Troubleshoot issues, liaise with IT or external vendors, and monitor usage.
- Ensure data privacy compliance and accurate data flow with Payroll, Finance, IT.
- Conduct data audits, record new employee data, and support recruitment and compensation tasks.
- Execute ad‑hoc assignments.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s in HR, Information Systems, Business Admin, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Systems Administration.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR lifecycle, payroll, benefits, training, performance.
- Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills.
- Handles confidential data with integrity.
- Excellent English communication and teamwork with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll.
