Responsibility
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems and services 
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance 
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues 
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner and ensure prompt resolution of problems 
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base and documentation for common technical issues and solutions 
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's IT systems and sensitive data  
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a call center or AI innovation services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure 
- Proficiency in IT security principles and practices 
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and services 
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
- Strong project management and organizational skills 
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
