📝 Key Responsibilities:
✵ Provide legal support to business units in line with bank policies & regulations
✵ Handle legal documents and proper record control
✵ Issue legal notices & follow up on execution cases
✵ Provide legal guidance to branches on case handling
✵ Conduct legal audit & support internal investigations
Requirement
🎓 Requirements:
✵ LL.B holder with valid lawyer license
✵ Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking or corporate legal field
✵ Over 5 years’ experience as practicing lawyer
✵ Strong knowledge of contracts, legal advisory & Myanmar laws
✵ Good understanding of banking/legal documentation
