Responsibility

- Outline, define, and initiate multiple projects
- Monitor multiple projects progress and implement changes where necessary
- Monitor multiple project expenditures in accordance with the budget
- Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding multiple project requirements
- Generate and maintain all necessary project documentations for all the projects in portfolios
- Follow project management best practices
- Banking Domain exposure
- Project Quality Control
- Project Planning, Tracking and Oversights

Requirement

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering/ IT
- At least 6 years of experience in Program and Projects Management, prefer having related experience in the Banking Industry
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum Methodology
- Awareness of PMBOK including Project Management Process
- Software Testing Techniques
- Knowledge of SEI CMM, ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Awareness of ISMS and ISO 27001:2013
- IT awareness of Microsoft .Net, Java, Database and Web Technologies
- Awareness of Finacle Core Banking Solution
