- Develop and execute marketing plans for each product.
- Direct promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Semi-annually evaluate brands, eliminating underperforming ones.
- Contribute to budget development, ensuring compliance.
- Achieve financial objectives through budget analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage marketing team tasks, ensuring operational requirements are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop marketing staff; maintain professional knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Evaluate and update procedures, assess management performance, and approve promotions/new products.


- 10 – 15 years of experience with beverage related experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's Degree in sales, marketing or related field preferred
- Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Highly motivated and passionate about merchandising
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques
