Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon

- Guide company to increase market share for each brand and segment, achieving growth goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure 100% sales target achievement and manage marketing expenses within budget.
- Develop marketing strategy for the pharmaceutical organization.
- Monitor and review BU/ Country Marketing Plan budgets.
- Plan product promotion cycles for medical and OTC channels.
- Guide the Business Team on strategy implementation and follow-up.
- Participate in trade shows and doctors' conferences.
- Train all marketing and business team levels on product knowledge, communication, and selling skills.
- Plan new product launches and enhance existing product brands.


- Age: 35-40 years.
- Experience: Exclusive in Pharma Marketing (not Sales).
- Education: Preferred medical degree (MBBS, B. Pharm, or BDS).
- Experience: Over 15 years in total, with 5-6 years in a similar position at a well-known pharmaceutical company.
- Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, interpersonal, self-motivated, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and IT proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Languages: Proficient in English and Myanmar.
- Ability to travel.
