Responsibility
1. Operational Management:
- Supervise daily operations, including reservations, vehicle dispatch, and returns.
- Coordinate logistics for vehicle distribution across multiple locations to meet demand.
- Develop and implement streamlined operational procedures and policies.
2. Fleet Management:
- Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet reliability.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal availability and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance vendors and negotiate service agreements.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
- Train staff on customer service protocols and conflict resolution.
4. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to local/national transportation regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety among staff.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance reporting (e.g., inspections, licenses).
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor KPIs (utilization rates, maintenance costs, customer satisfaction) to assess performance.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting trends and improvements.
6. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor operations staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
7. Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions (e.g., digital tools, automation).
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in vehicle rental, logistics, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license; knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus.
