Responsibility

• Preparation of measurement sheets and quantity takeoff for tender.
• Prepare Reinforcement schedule for estimating and assists in the estimation of direct costs for tender.
• Responsible for managing all project costs from pitch to complete.
• Full responsibility for tender future work and ensuring tender deadlines are met with appropriate pricing & technical information submitted.
• Prepare received tender to takeoff the quantities, then to check the actual market price and send the quotation in time before last submission date.
• Request tender invitation to sub con and suppliers and making the comparison received tender quotation in hand with us.
• Analysis the rate of extra items not included in their BQ & submit in quotation.
• Prepare preliminary budget estimates of Residential and Commercial buildings from design drawings and site visits.
• Preparation of valuations of bid reports and negotiate rates interact with suppliers and contractors.

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost control is a fundamental requirement. QS Engineers should be able to accurately estimate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Involvement in the procurement process, which includes sourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
